Returns
• Returns are not allowed on custom items.
• All other returns must be initiated within 5 calendar days and returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
• Voluntary returns are the customer's responsibility
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Items must be in all original packaging and unopened.
Refunds
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• Generally you will receive the credit within 3-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• You may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Please email your order number to [email protected] to initiate the return.
Shipping
• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
• For custom items, please allow 10 days for processing.
• Please note that most packages are shipped using USPS & UPS all shipping time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.
Standard Shipping takes 3-10 business days.
